Main Street Realty International is a first class real estate brokerage and exclusive member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. A dynamic and growing company, Main Street represents buyers and sellers in the luxury and ultra luxury home markets as well as upscale commercial real estate markets across Windermere and Orlando, Florida. Main Street is distinguished by a long tradition of excellence in service, integrity and professionalism. Built upon the highest standards in the industry, Main Street was founded in 1985 by veteran real estate broker, Judy Black, who continues to lead the company today. 

Originally a small town boutique in Windermere, Florida, Main Street Realty International has since expanded its reach across Central Florida and, through its international networks, across the world.  In 2007, the company name was changed from Main Street Realtors to Main Street Realty International to signify the modernization and globalization of a veteran company, and a lone palm tree was added to the company logo to represent its roots in Florida.  Also added in 2007 to the J. Black family of companies were Ketch Media and J. Black Title Company.  Ketch Media is a boutique multimedia and advertising company focused on graphic design and web design for builders, developers and even other real estate companies.  Ketch Media is also the developer of a proprietary software program called Realty Grow, a virtual online broker that supports and supervises real estate agents through every step of a transaction.

Company founder, Judy Black, continues to set the high standards for our organization. Judy learned a profound respect and appreciation for hard work and diversity growing up in the modest suburbs of Buffalo, New York in the 1960s. With an adventurous spirit that bordered on rebellious, she left home after high school to join the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. After her honorable discharge, she earned a Developmental Psychology degree from the University of Florida. Shortly after graduation, she earned her Florida and Georgia real estate licenses and worked for several real estate companies in Atlanta and Orlando before starting her own company.
